Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and dbt66 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbt66 website and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, and payment processing. 1. Account Registration and Verification
Each user may hold only one account on dbt66. The registration process requires accurate personal information and completion of identity verification. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts.
- 1.1You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
- 1.2KYC identity verification using a valid National Identity Card (NID) is required before withdrawal privileges are activated. dbt66 may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes.
- 1.3Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, or device will result in all accounts being suspended and balances consolidated for review.
- 1.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. dbt66 is not liable for unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Notify support immediately if you suspect a breach.
- 1.5Accounts must be registered in the account holder's own true name and must match the mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) used for withdrawals. Third-party deposits or withdrawals are not permitted.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on dbt66 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka. The platform supports major Bangladesh mobile financial services and selected bank transfers. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity.
- 2.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your dbt66 account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. dbt66 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits.
- 2.2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the verified mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in the account holder's name. Processing time for verified accounts is typically within 15 minutes; in exceptional circumstances processing may take up to 24 hours.
- 2.3Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit into the account. Withdrawals to unverified or third-party payment methods are prohibited.
- 2.4dbt66 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- 2.5Any balance remaining in a dormant account (no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of ৳100, which will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
3. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
dbt66 offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion.
- 3.1Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. All bonus funds must complete the stated wagering requirements (rollover) before any withdrawal from a bonus-credited account is approved.
- 3.2Welcome bonuses are available to new registrants on their first deposit only. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and device.
- 3.3Bonuses expire as specified on the individual promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited. Where an expiry period is not specified, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue.
- 3.4dbt66 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Users who are found to have abused bonus systems (including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting using bonus funds, or creating multiple accounts) will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
- 3.5Cricket and sports betting bonuses are subject to minimum odds requirements as stated per promotion. Free spins are valid only on the specified game(s) and carry no cash value unless converted by completing the associated wagering requirements.
4. Game Rules and Fair Play
dbt66 operates casino games and sports betting services supplied by licensed third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own individual rules displayed within the game interface. The following general fair play conditions apply across all games on the platform.
- 4.1All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems independently audited for fairness. Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in individual sessions.

5. Responsible Gaming

- 5.1Deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits are available to all registered users on request via the account settings panel or by contacting customer support. These limits take effect within 24 hours of being set and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 7 days.

- 5.3dbt66 operates a strict minimum age policy. All registrations are subject to age verification. 6. Account Suspension and Closure
dbt66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the terms of this agreement have been violated or where continued account operation poses a compliance or security risk.
- 6.1Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: providing false registration information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in fraudulent payment activity, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, underage access, or facilitating money laundering.
- 6.2Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email. dbt66 aims to complete investigations within 14 business days. During an active investigation, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay are suspended.

Upon verified closure request, any eligible balance will be returned to the verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, provided all wagering requirements on active bonuses have been satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.
- 6.4Accounts closed at the request of a self-excluded player are closed under the responsible gaming policy and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. Balances held at time of self-exclusion closure are processed in accordance with the verified withdrawal method on file.
7. Intellectual Property and Prohibited Conduct

- 7.2You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure. Any attempted security breach will be reported to relevant authorities and may result in criminal prosecution.
- 7.3Collusion between players in live casino games or sports betting, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated fraudulent activity is prohibited. dbt66 employs detection systems to identify such activity and will void affected bets and suspend implicated accounts.
- 7.4You agree to use dbt66 solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities without notice.
8. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

- 8.2To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dbt66's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&C shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 8.3dbt66 makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- 8.4These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with these T&C that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. dbt66 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair resolution of all user disputes.
9. Amendments and How to Contact Us
dbt66 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
